Our Board Members

Ben Weber brings more than 20 years of commercial business leadership from the recruitment agency and management consulting industries, with a career focus on technology and life sciences. He currently leads global talent acquisition for a life-sciences advanced analytics consulting firm. Ben has guided two private equity transactions, including the sale of a $20 million operation to a $500 million acquirer, securing a profitable exit for stakeholders. 

His two decades identifying and developing top talent give him a sharp eye for the people who can carry our mission forward.

Jeffery brings decades of expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law, Contract Management, and Business Operations. Prior to retiring in 2024, he built his career at Parker Hannifin Corporation, establishing rules of engagement for contracts, government compliance, and export/import regulations, and is widely respected as a subject matter expert in U.S. Government contracting under FAR/DFAR.  As Director of Operations for Boeing, he built quality systems meeting ISO-9001 and AS-9001 standards. His experience building quality and operations systems from the ground up means he doesn't just advise from the sidelines; he helps us build the internal structure to grow responsibly and sustainably. 

Known for his honesty, integrity, and fair dealing, Jeffery guides Rising Strides Therapy Ranch through contracts and key decisions with steady, practical wisdom that has been a gift that has been a true blessing to our team and mission. 

Mairead brings over two decades of hands-on business ownership and financial management experience to our board. She co-founded Coyle Masonry Inc. in 2008, serving as Secretary/Treasurer and managing payroll, bookkeeping, and financial administration for well over fifteen years. Earlier, she rose to partner at Les Deux Copines before its 2019 sale, and has since advised the Erris Coast Hotel on strategy and promotions. That depth of business experience gives her a sharp, practical perspective at the board table.

 For Mairead, this work is personal. Watching her husband's youngest brother, diagnosed with autism at three, form a deep bond with the horses on their family farm in Ireland showed her the healing power of that connection firsthand.

Amy Grace is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in nature-based therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and care farm models. As the founder of a farm-based therapeutic program, she has spent years building the clinical frameworks, training, and partnerships that support therapists doing this work, from one-on-one care to scaling programs across multiple sites.

Amy brings a rare, practical understanding of how to structure and support therapeutic work with animals, along with a genuine passion for nature-based healing. Her experience gives Rising Strides Therapy Ranch valuable insight into working effectively with therapists and clinicians, strengthening how the ranch designs and delivers its own programs.

Lana brings nearly two decades of marketing, strategic planning, and nonprofit board experience to Rising Strides Therapy Ranch. She served as Vice President of the Dry Creek Charter School board, where she has helped shape the school's mission and long-term strategy, and worked closely with community stakeholders to build support from the ground up. Earlier in her career, she managed multimillion-dollar search marketing campaigns for major national brands, including Kimberly Clark, BP, and Motorola, giving her sharp expertise in budgeting, ROI-driven strategy, and building strong client relationships.

That blend of governance experience and marketing acumen gives Rising Strides valuable insight into strategic planning, budgeting, and building community and donor support as the organization grows.
